This is a part-time hybrid role for a Learning & Development Specialist based in Singapore, with opportunities to work remotely. The Specialist will oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programs and learning initiatives aligned with company goals. Key responsibilities include managing learning management systems, identifying training needs, creating instructional materials, delivering coaching sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning and development efforts.

• Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management to create and oversee impactful educational programs.
• Skills in Instructional Design to develop engaging and effective learning materials and resources.
• Strong Communication and Coaching abilities to encourage, inspire, and support employee growth.
• Capability to assess training needs, measure outcomes, and provide constructive feedback to individuals and teams.
• Experience with training tools and technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
