Role Description

This role is responsible for supporting human resources operations, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives within the company. The Learning & Development Manager / HR Executive / HR Assistant will assist in managing recruitment processes, onboarding activities, employee records, and internal HR coordination to ensure smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include supporting training and development programs, coordinating employee performance reviews, assisting with policy implementation, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The role also involves maintaining HR documentation, monitoring employee relations matters, preparing HR reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. In addition, the position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with different departments to support workforce development and organizational effectiveness in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

· Knowledge of human resources practices, employee relations, and workplace policies

· Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes

· Ability to coordinate and support learning and development initiatives

· Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail

· Proficiency in preparing HR documentation, reports, and employee records

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

· Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities

· Familiarity with HR systems, databases, and office software applications

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and employees at all levels

· Knowledge of employment regulations and HR compliance standards

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

· Professional HR certifications are considered an advantage

· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
