About the Role:
Our client is one of the largest health care providers in Singapore, who is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join the team in their Singapore office. This is a 1-year contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of the Learning Management System.
- Conduct assessments to identify learning needs and skill gaps, developing targeted interventions to address them.
- Create and facilitate learning initiatives aimed at enhancing team capabilities and performance across various departments.
- Collaborate with Business Unit Heads and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure learning strategies align with organizational goals.
- Monitor, assess, and report on the effectiveness and impact of learning programs.
- Design and manage talent identification and leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders.
- Work with leaders and stakeholders on organizational development initiatives, proactively addressing challenges and implementing strategies to enhance effectiveness and drive change.
- Provide mentorship and support to the team while reporting to the Head of Talent Management, Learning & Organization Development.
Requirement:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in learning & development, with previous facilitation experience
- Strong problem-solving approach and detailed oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated team player who thrives in managing multiple projects and competing priorities
