Summary
The role supports the planning, coordination and implementation of learning and development initiatives to build workforce readiness and capability development for the company.

Responsibilities

Capability Building & Learning Needs: Support Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) follow-ups, consolidate capability gaps, and coordinate targeted training interventions aligned with company ramp-up plans.
L&D Operations & Budget Management: Manage end-to-end course administration, track learning metrics via dashboards, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, and monitor L&D budget utilization and reporting.
Onboarding & Corporate Orientation: Facilitate and run corporate orientation sessions, manage end-to-end onboarding logistics, track staff readiness, and continuously improve the orientation framework.
Scholarship & Leadership Development: Administer sponsorship applications, bond tracking, and panel secretariats while coordinating leadership pathways and supervisory development series.
Ad-hoc HR Projects: Provide coverage for key L&D portfolios and support strategic HR projects across the department.
