The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative individual with strong business partnering skills, capable of identifying training needs and designing impactful learning solutions that support both organisational goals and employee growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers
- Designing and delivering training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual;
- Developing and delivering effective induction programmes;
- Researching and producing training materials for in-house courses;
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
- Ensuring that statutory training and administration requirements are met;
- Evaluating training and development programmes;
- Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, Psychology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing and delivering soft skills training programs up to mid-management level team members preferably from the Luxury Retail or Hospitality industry
- In depth understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages
- Innovative thinker with knowledge of new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning for example gamification and mobile based learning
- Professional disposition with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
