Position : Learning Centre Manager/ Receptionist/Officer
Location : Lentor / Tampines
Working hours : 5 Days 9am - 6pm (Fixed Off Wednesday & Thursday)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to SGD4000 + Performance Bonus + 7 Days Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Support customer acquisition by onboarding new parents
Promote and recommend suitable coding programmes
Drive customer engagement through special programmes, competitions, and community events
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and act as their advocate
Plan and execute lead generation activities (e.g. parent sharings, trial classes) and ensure class payments are collected
Coordinate with teaching team on student assessments and follow up with parents for conversion
Handle general administrative tasks (onboarding emails, data entry, research, data management)
Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system
Track student progress and manage ongoing parent relationships
Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Driven, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
