Salary: $2,800 - 3,500/month

Shift Allowance (3+2): $200 shift allowance per month

Working Schedule: 3+2 work week

- Weekdays: 1pm - 10pm (8hrs excl. break)

- Weekends: 8:30am - 6:30pm (9hrs excl. break)

Deliver professional, high-quality service in a customer-facing role.

Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high service satisfaction.

Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them within SLAs.

Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow and seamless service delivery.
