- Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary - up to $5500 per month
- 1 Months Contract (extendable to become permanent role), Govt agencies
Job Scope:
- Manage and deliver learning and development programmes to build service delivery and compliance and enforcement capabilities in the Public Service
- Design learning interventions, including online, blended and classroom programmes, based on learning needs and competency frameworks
- Project manage programmes, including stakeholder coordination, timelines and budgets
- Develop learning content with subject matter experts and facilitate learning sessions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and support public agencies through consultancy and transformation work
Requirements:
- Experience in designing and facilitating learning programmes is an advantage
- Knowledge or interest in learning and development, service delivery, or compliance and enforcement
- Strong organisation, communication, and project management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative
- Able to work with stakeholders and collaborate with partners
- Confident in facilitating learning sessions
- Can handle multiple projects in a fast-changing environment
