Learning and Development Lead

We're Hiring Learning & Development Lead (Remote, Based in Singapore)

We're looking for a strategic and passionate Learning & Development (L&D) Lead to design, deliver, and drive impactful learning programs that empower our people and strengthen our culture. This role combines leadership, creativity, and a data-driven approach to build a world-class learning ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement the company-wide L&D strategy

Identify skill gaps and design tailored training programs

Lead learning initiatives across leadership, technical, and soft skills development

Partner with managers to align training with business objectives

Evaluate program effectiveness using metrics and feedback

Manage L&D budget and vendor relationships

What We're Looking For

5+ years in L&D, talent development, or related roles

Proven track record of designing and implementing learning programs

Strong facilitation and communication skills

Experience with digital learning tools and platforms

Analytical mindset to measure learning impact

Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely

Nice to Have

Experience in high-growth tech or startup environments

Coaching certification or instructional design background

Familiarity with LMS implementation and management
