Job Description Summary
Reporting to Lean Leader, incumbent will assist with continuous improvement teams for Aircraft engine component repair shops in Singapore.Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Apply applicable Lean Tools to drive productivity with clear roadmap in Operational and Transactional Functions.

  • Facilitate Lean AWO & Kaizen activities with relevant team & stakeholders to create standard work for major processes.

  • Drive TAT reduction through Lean(value-added time), thereby inculcating Lean practices and Lean culture.

  • Create standard work on all critical processes, eventually for 100% of the processes.

  • Certify model cells per model cell criteria

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from a recognized university.

  • Candidate with 1 year of exposure to lean process would be an added advantage

  • Six Sigma Master Black Belt would be an added advantage, but not essential.

  • Familiarity with 6 sigma tools and Value Stream Mapping (VSM)

  • Strong expertise and knowledge of driving sustainable change via TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma or similar approaches.
