(Senior) Development Partner, Customer Innovation

What the role is

The Customer Innovation (CI) Division is responsible for shaping and delivering digital solutions to enhance enterprise engagement and expand Enterprise Singapore's reach to support more companies. The division works closely with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement impactful Whole-of-Government (WOG) digital products that address business needs and improve the overall enterprise experience.

What you will be working on

This role plays a key part in driving digital product development and stakeholder engagement.

Digital Product Development & User Experience

• Lead and support work related to identifying business users pain points, conducting research, and proposing digital solutions to improve user experience.

• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate business needs into functional product features.

Policy, Strategy & Stakeholder Management

• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and processes supporting product lifecycle (development, implementation, maintenance).

• Define and track north star product metrics and performance indicators.

• Manage stakeholders by understanding diverse interests and aligning shared objectives.

What we are looking for

What You'll Be Using and Applying

• Experience in digital product development or implementation (at least 2+ years).

• Strong capabilities in user-centric research, insights generation, and user behaviour analysis.

• Knowledge of digital product development processes, policy communications, and platform operationalisation.

• Skills in design thinking, UX design, product management, agile methodologies, and data analysis.

• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Figma, and product operations practices.
