Your Role & Impact:

• Lead & Inspire: Guide, motivate, and support a talented team. You'll help train new members and develop future leaders.

• Ensure Excellence: Uphold our high standards for food quality, guest service, and a spotless environment every single day.

• Drive Operations: Keep daily shifts running smoothly, manage workflow, and ensure every guest leaves happy.

• Support the Basics: Help oversee inventory, supplies, and team scheduling with practicality and care.

• Create the Culture: Build a positive, energetic atmosphere where both the team and our guests feel valued.

Your Growth Path:
