Lead Talent Partner to join our
People team to help shape the future of living one thoughtful detail at a time.
This role focuses on improving how we hire, not just filling roles. Instead of focusing purely on pipeline management, you will help design and run a
structured hiring system that enables our leaders to build strong teams.
You will work closely with hiring managers across Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, the US and other markets to ensure hiring decisions are disciplined, structured and aligned with our hiring philosophy.
This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and plays a key role in shaping how the company hires and evaluates talent globally.
What you'll be doing:
- Design and maintain hiring frameworks: build structured interview processes, scorecards and role success profiles that help teams make consistent hiring decisions.
- Train and enable hiring managers: equip leaders with the skills and tools to run effective interviews and take ownership of hiring decisions.
- Maintain hiring standards and calibration: ensure hiring decisions remain disciplined, evidence-based and aligned with the company's hiring bar.
- Partner with leaders on strategic hiring: support critical hires by helping define role requirements, interview strategy and candidate evaluation.
- Manage recruiting resources and vendors: coordinate agency partners and external support when needed, ensuring they operate within our hiring framework.
What you need to succeed:
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or executive search
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Evidence of building or improving recruiting systems and hiring processes
- Strong understanding of structured interviewing and candidate evaluation
- Ability to operate across multiple markets and cultures
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and improving imperfect systems
