Salary: S$6,000 - S$7,500
Location: West
Working Hours:
- Mon-Thu: 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM
- Fri: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives that promote holistic student care and personal growth.
- Act as the first point of contact for students, identifying needs early and connecting them to the right support.
- Develop programmes that build mental, emotional, and social resilience.
- Work closely with staff and student leaders to ensure initiatives remain relevant and impactful.
- Support career planning, leadership development, and student life activities.
- Oversee leave applications, disciplinary cases, and special support arrangements.
- Track outcomes, monitor KPIs, and improve student care strategies continuously.
