Our Client

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded organisation in Singapore with a strong regional and international presence. As part of its continued growth and evolving priorities, the organisation is looking for a communications leader to shape strategic messaging, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and elevate organisational visibility and reputation

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of communications and positioning strategies.
• Drive integrated messaging and engagement initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups and platforms.
• Shape compelling content and storytelling initiatives spanning leadership communications, media engagement, and brand visibility.
• Partner senior leadership on reputation management, strategic messaging, and sensitive communications matters.
• Lead communications projects, external agencies, and team development initiatives within a collaborative and evolving environment.

Job Requirements

• Degree qualified with at least 15 years of experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related fields.
• Strong background in stakeholder management, communications strategy, reputation management, and integrated communications initiatives.
• Excellent writing, editorial, and storytelling capabilities with experience engaging diverse audiences across multiple channels.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments while influencing senior stakeholders.
• Prior leadership experience managing teams, communications projects, agencies, and cross-functional initiatives.
