Job Description

  1. To deliver a variety of SPA services (body treatments, massages, SPA therapy) in a safe and comfortable manner
  2. Maintaining equipments and sample inventory of products
  3. Acknowledging and responding to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
  4. Keep documentation and maintain clients files
  5. Keep a clean and stocked room
  6. Able to suggest and promote retail products or additional services
  7. Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
  8. Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends
  9. Capable of handling and addressing customers feedback
  10. Able to lead, train and guide the junior SPA therapists whenever situations needed
  11. Able to handle adhoc tasks assigned by the company
