Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the sales team by identifying new leads and managing essential administrative tasks. This role combines lead sourcing, client coordination, and follow-up responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for our magazine advertising business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and compile lists of potential clients (hotels, tourism boards, brands, agencies, etc.) across APAC.
  • Verify company details, contacts, and key decision-makers (GM, Marketing Director, etc.).
  • Maintain and update lead lists in Excel/CRM systems.

Client & Admin Support:

  • Follow up with clients for artwork submissions, payments, and signed order forms.
  • Liaise with internal design and production teams to track artwork delivery.
  • Assist in preparing simple client documents, proposals, or media kits.
  • Keep records organized and ensure timelines are met before print deadlines.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Update sales trackers and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the sales team with administrative requests and weekly reports.
  • Communicate professionally with clients via email or phone when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in admin, coordination, or sales support roles.
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
