We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the sales team by
identifying new leads and managing essential administrative tasks. This role combines lead
sourcing, client coordination, and follow-up responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day
operations for our magazine advertising business.
Key Responsibilities:
-Research and compile lists of potential clients (hotels, tourism boards, brands,
agencies, etc.) across APAC.
-Verify company details, contacts, and key decision-makers (GM, Marketing
Director, etc.).
-Maintain and update lead lists in Excel/CRM systems.
Client & Admin Support:
- Follow up with clients for artwork submissions, payments, and signed order forms.
- Liaise with internal design and production teams to track artwork delivery.
- Assist in preparing simple client documents, proposals, or media kits.
- Keep records organized and ensure timelines are met before print deadlines.
Coordination & Reporting:
-Update sales trackers and ensure data accuracy.
-Support the sales team with administrative requests and weekly reports.
-Communicate professionally with clients via email or phone when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in admin, coordination, or sales support roles.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
