Lead Software Engineer
Job Description
About 10-15 yrs of relevant experience across product development and engineering, with significant focus on AI/ML-driven products and heavy recent exposure to Generative AI
Atleast 5+ years of programming expertise in Python, including OOPS, Asynchronous , Multithreading Multiprocessing , Memory management handling file I/O, pandas, scale patterns. Ability to clear Karat assessment.
Demonstrated ability to design, build, and scale complex software systems — including cloud architectures, distributed systems, and modern software development practices
Deep understanding of the Generative AI ecosystem — frontier models, AI patterns, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic architectures
Proven ability to move from problem identification to working prototype at pace — with a portfolio of real things built, not just planned
Experience working in agile, small-team product development environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
