Lead Software Engineer – Capital Markets & Risk Technology

What you'll do:

• Lead a distributed engineering squad, owning technical delivery and roadmap execution.
• Design and build complex, real‑time, event‑driven applications for capital markets and risk engines.
• Ensure velocity, quality, and scalability across front‑end and back‑end stacks.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to deliver business‑critical features.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years full‑stack engineering experience, with deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot and modern web technologies (React, Redux, RX JS).
• Proven track record in e‑trading technology, derivatives, and capital markets domain.
• Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and latency‑sensitive applications.
• Exposure to risk engines, PnL attribution, and regulatory frameworks (Basel, FRTB, stress testing) is highly valued.
• Hands‑on technical leadership in agile product development environments.
• Effective communicator with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
