Job Description

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee the VMI operations to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained at client sites.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory data to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Stocks replenishment at customer site.
  • Monitoring contract orders for Key Customers.
  • Make sure customer does not face any shortage of stocks for their daily production/laboratories testing.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding VMI services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of site specialists to achieve operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and support to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • To promote and increase revenue of VMI in the country.

Process Improvement:

  • Find opportunities for process improvements and implement standard methodologies in VMI operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine VMI processes and procedures.
  • Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, usage patterns, and other key metrics for clients and internal team members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of VMI processes and client interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant work experience is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required.
  • Willing to be working in a warehouse

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a VMI or similar inventory management role.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
