Inventory Management:
- Oversee the VMI operations to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained at client sites.
- Monitor and analyze inventory data to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Stocks replenishment at customer site.
- Monitoring contract orders for Key Customers.
- Make sure customer does not face any shortage of stocks for their daily production/laboratories testing.
- Implement inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding VMI services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of site specialists to achieve operational excellence.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and support to ensure high performance.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- To promote and increase revenue of VMI in the country.
Process Improvement:
- Find opportunities for process improvements and implement standard methodologies in VMI operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine VMI processes and procedures.
- Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, usage patterns, and other key metrics for clients and internal team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of VMI processes and client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant work experience is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required.
- Willing to be working in a warehouse
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a VMI or similar inventory management role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
