Summary:

We have an opening for a Lead Service Engineer - in Chiller Division, you will work closely with your team to ensure day-to-day operations are being executed to meet quality servicing expectations.

What You Will Do:

Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability for assigned projects and service activities.
Leads, supports, and collaborates effectively with team members while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Performs and oversees installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of chiller equipment at workshop and customer field sites.
Ensures strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and installation procedures (on-the-job training will be provided).
Acts as the primary technical point of contact to proactively manage, facilitate, and resolve customer technical and quality issues through to full closure.
Prepares detailed service reports and maintains effective communication with the product principal via email and phone regarding service activities and technical matters.

What You Must Have:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 6 years and above of hands-on experience working with industrial or commercial refrigeration and chiller systems experience in a lead or senior engineer role is an advantage.
Strong engineering fundamentals with proven troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
Demonstrated ability to lead an engineer team and provide technical guidance on-site or in the workshop.
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to interface professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
