We are hiring skilled Job Scheduler / Senior Scheduler / Lead Scheduler will lead the planning and scheduling function for major data center projects, programs, or portfolios across multiple regions and will be accountable for the overall quality, governance, integration, and effectiveness of project scheduling.

Role Overview

The Lead Scheduler will lead the planning and scheduling function for major data center projects, programs, or portfolios across multiple regions and will be accountable for the overall quality, governance, integration, and effectiveness of project scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and take overall accountability for planning and scheduling across major projects, programs, or portfolios;
• Develop and implement the overall project planning, scheduling, and schedule controls strategy;
• Establish scheduling governance, methodologies, reporting requirements, schedule structures, coding standards, and baseline management processes;
• Lead development and approval of integrated master schedules covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project close-out;
• Lead critical path, float, milestone, dependency, and schedule performance analysis;
• Oversee progress tracking, forecasting, executive reporting, and milestone performance;
• Own identification and management of major schedule risks and delays, including mitigation and escalation;
• Lead what-if analysis, scenario planning, schedule impact assessments, recovery and acceleration strategies;
• Review and integrate contractor, supplier, and workstream schedules;
• Act as the senior scheduling representative in client meetings, steering committees, governance forums, and executive reviews;
• Advise project/client leadership on schedule strategy, delivery risks, sequencing, procurement impacts, and schedule-related decisions;
• Lead schedule assurance and quality reviews.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Planning, or Project Controls;
• 10+ years of relevant project scheduling, planning, or project controls experience;
• Extensive experience leading planning and scheduling on large, complex construction projects/programs;
• Experience leading scheduling teams and providing strategic schedule advice to senior project/client stakeholders;
• Expert knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM), schedule integration, baseline management, schedule risk analysis, progress measurement, and recovery planning;
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) or equivalent enterprise scheduling tools;
• Strong experience reviewing and integrating contractor, supplier, and multi-project schedules;
• Strong senior stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills;
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and manage scheduling/project controls teams;
• Ability to establish scheduling governance, set standards, manage major escalations, and own the overall planning and scheduling function.
