Overview
As a
Lead, Sales Strategy at Lotame, you will play a pivotal role in bridging client business objectives with Lotame's data collaboration technology. This senior-level position combines strategic solutioning with technical expertise, ensuring our clients and prospects receive tailored, scalable solutions that enhance value. You will collaborate directly with the Revenue and Customer Service departments in Singapore and ANZ. You will tackle the role of primary technical consultant during pre-sale engagements. You will guide seamless onboarding and implementation.
This role requires a unique blend of consultative skills, technical savvy, and critical thinking. You will develop solutions that integrate Lotame's technology within complex client ecosystems. You will provide advice on standard processes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external collaborators. ers.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects and clients, translating business requirements into robust, scalable solutions demonstrating Lotame's platform.
- Pre-Sales Technical Leadership: Partner with Sales and Client Success teams to support technical aspects of the sales cycle, including demos, proofs-of-concept, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Onboarding & Implementation Oversight: Manage technical onboarding and integration planning pre-sale, ensuring smooth handoff to Client Success and the Center of Excellence post-sale.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide internal guidance on solution strategy, integration guidelines, and technical feasibility for complex client requirements.
- Product Expertise & Advocacy: Stay ahead of on Lotame's product roadmap and industry trends; provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence future development.
- Client Engagement: Operate as a credible technical consultant for leading brands, agencies, and media companies, helping them harness Lotame's solutions for data collaboration and activation.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 8-10+ years in adtech/martech, with strong consultative and technical solutioning experience.
- Proven success in client-facing roles involving solution architecture or technical consulting.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with identity solutions, data management platforms (DMP/CDP), and digital media channels (Display, Video, OTT, CTV).
- Working knowledge of DSPs and integration technologies (APIs, HTML, SQL basics).
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to engage senior team members.
- Good project management and organisational skills; able to prioritize various demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative standout colleague with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Education:
- A Bachelor's degree or similar experience is required; an advanced degree or equivalent experience or similar experience is preferred.
Additional Details
- Location: Singapore (covering Singapore & ANZ region)
- Travel: Approximately 10% within the region
- Reporting Line: Reports to VP Solutions Architects - USA. Managed day-to-day by SG Managing Director. Works closely with APAC Business Development and Client Relations leadership
