About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Regulatory Relations Specialist on the Wholesale Regulatory Relations Team, specifically in Singapore. The Wholesale RR team is responsible for supporting regulatory engagements for Wells Fargo, including, but not limited to, regulatory examinations, supervisory meetings, information requests, and responses to regulatory findings. The role is responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient regulatory engagement process and critical regulatory interactions. The Lead RR Specialist supports senior management to set strategy for the regulatory engagements pertaining to the efforts managed by these businesses, and assures connectivity across regional, legal entity and/or enterprise functions in accordance with enterprise regulatory relations strategy, policy, and related procedures. The role manages relevant supporting processes, establishes appropriate communications protocols, and programs, and ensures transparency.
The role will be visible, demanding, and rewarding, interacting regularly with senior business and functional leaders, members of governance committees and the Regulatory Relations leadership team.
