They are seeking a visionary Lead Quant Agent Developer to architect the next generation of their trading intelligence.

The Vision

As the Lead Architect, you will not simply code strategies; you will design the Command & Control center for an autonomous multi-agent swarm. Your mission is to build a system where AI agents independently research, reason, and execute in global markets with minimal human intervention.

Key Responsibilities

• Agentic Architecture: Build a Multi-Agent System (MAS) capable of recursive reasoning, autonomous hypothesis testing, and self-correcting risk management.
• System Synergy: Work with core engineers to port AI-driven decision logic into High-Performance Rust/CUDA kernels for microsecond execution.
• Advanced Learning: Deploy Reinforcement Learning (RL) and Swarm Intelligence to navigate non-stationary market regimes.

Candidate Profile

• Academic Excellence: PhD or Masters in AI, Robotics, Physics, or Mathematical Finance.
• The Competitive Edge: Elite track record in global quant/coding competitions:
• Kaggle Grandmaster (Top Tier)
• WorldQuant Challenge (Gold Alpha status)
• ICPC World Finals or Jane Street Estimathon winners.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level Python/PyTorch; deep experience with Agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI); and a professional commitment to Rust or C++.

TOTAL REWARDS & COMPENSATION

Peak Counsel LLC has benchmarked this role to be among the most competitive globally for 2026:

• Base Salary:
• Singapore: S250,000–S450,000
• Variable Incentive: Performance bonus target of 50%–100% of base salary.
• Alpha Sharing: Direct P&L participation (2%–5%) for the primary architect of production-grade agent frameworks.
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to S$100,000 / €70,000 for proven competition champions.
