We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Quality Engineering Lead to guide our established quality engineering team, based in our head office in Singapore. Our subsidiary offices are in Australia, Ireland, and the United States. Reporting directly to the CTO, this is a critical role where you will own the end-to-end quality strategy and reliability across our entire suite of products, which primarily consists of desktop and on-premise solutions. Crucially, you will also bring deep SaaS expertise to the team to lead testing, infrastructure, and health monitoring for our cloud-based initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong programming fundamentals with deep expertise in test automation, modern infrastructure, and performance engineering to mentor and lead the team to success, while seamlessly acting as a technical bridge to our external vendors and partners.

Requirements
-5+ years of Quality Assurance or Software Engineering experience. While you will oversee desktop and on-premise products, a deep understanding of SaaS applications and modern cloud architectures is strictly required.
-Proven experience in leading and mentoring established engineering teams.
-Technical Skills:
-Must be a self-starter and a critical thinker who enjoys breaking things to make them stronger, capable of navigating ambiguity to deliver results.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical risks and quality metrics to the wider team and effectively manage vendor relationships.
