About the Role:

As Our new Senior LeadProject Manager, MEP , you will be the interface between project ownership and delivery. You are required to act as the single focal point of contact between the Client (or his representative), and Space Matrix, ensuring the desired project objectives are delivered.

What we are looking for:

. You will be the interface between project ownership and delivery.

. You are required to act as the single focal point of contact between the Client (or his

representative), and Space Matrix, ensuring the desired project objectives are delivered.

.You will be responsible for implementing an appropriate and effective project or

programme management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.

. You will define and implement criteria for control and management of the project, manage

project budget including risk allowance. monitor and control changes/variations, coordinate

and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.

. You will be responsible for negotiation and coordination with vendors and business

partners through the completion of the projects.

. You will be required to manage multiple projects from design stage to procurement,

construction stage and manage clients from start to finish.

. You will be responsible for project management, construction management & coordination with MEP services.

. You will manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout the duration of the project.

. You will Supervise Review and coordinate between MEP submittals and GFC drawings to align

with interior layouts.

. You should be aware of EHS measures & cost control measures - labour compliance and

implementation of contractual terms and conditions.

. You will manage excellent relationship management, analytical and negotiation skills with

deftness in swiftly ramping up projects in coordination with client & Internal team.
