Lead Project Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst for one of our estemeed client to drive digital transformation and support the organisation's journey toward becoming a data-driven enterprise. This role involves leading strategic analytics initiatives, delivering data-driven solutions, and empowering teams through advanced analytics and technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Agile product team of Data Analysts, supporting the full product development lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop end-to-end analytics solutions, including problem definition, data pipelines, and deployment.
• Create custom reports by combining data from ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud) and other sources using cloud-based tools like Azure Data Factory and Snowflake.
• Deliver these reports to end users through platforms such as Power BI or other systems.
• Work with business users and technical teams to enhance the analytics platform, tools, and reusable assets.
• Monitor, validate, and optimize the performance of analytical solutions.
• Provide operational support and maintenance for the data and analytics infrastructure.
• Develop and conduct training sessions to build analytics knowledge and skills across the organisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Science, or related fields, or equivalent technical certifications.
• Minimum 10 years experience developing advanced analytics or data science solutions for business challenges.
• Proficient in SQL, R/Python, and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Knowledgeable in analytics and machine learning platforms and their integration with data and production systems.
• Experienced in gathering user requirements and collaborating with technical teams to improve analytics platforms.
• Strong ability to understand business needs and communicate solutions clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Desirable SKills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud

Job Type: Contract - 2 year

Salary Range: S$6,000 - S$10,000 per month
