We are seeking a Senior / Lead Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for one of our key business domains , focused on leveraging product and technology to scale traffic, new user acquisition and activation across global markets.

This role focuses on evolving internal marketing and growth products that power paid channels, SEO/AEO, lifecycle campaigns, promotions, and personalised user journeys. You will collaborate deeply with Engineering, Data, Marketing, and regional business growth teams to optimise acquisition funnels, unlock and scale new traffic opportunities, and accelerate activation for users.

Responsibilities

Growth & Retention Strategy

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for driving traffic, new user acquisition, and activation, and retain the users
  • Identify product opportunities across paid, organic channels to improve top-of-funnel performance and efficiency.
  • Partner with marketing and regional business growth teams to align growth priorities and funnel improvement and user retention goals.
  • Use data-driven insights to shape hypotheses, prioritise initiatives, and build AI/ML products to maximize customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency and repeat rate.

Technical Capability Development

  • Own high-impact products and platforms that power user acquisition
  • Develop scalable capabilities for marketing automation, campaign orchestration, growth experimentation, and personalisation.
  • Improve internal self-service tools that allow Marketing teams to launch campaigns faster and with higher accuracy.
  • Ensure product reliability, scalability, and alignment across technical and marketing teams.
  • Lead the design and execution of A/B tests across acquisition, activation and retention touchpoints.
  • Partner with Data and Engineering to strengthen attribution, event tracking, and funnel measurement.

Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work closely with Engineering and Data to shape technical requirements, integration needs, APIs, and data schemas for growth.
  • Align stakeholders across marketing, legal, data science and country business growth teams.
  • Communicate roadmap, decisions, and trade-offs clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Operations, Governance & Enablement

  • Drive the rollout, adoption, and migration of new tools or capabilities across markets.
  • Maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for marketing & growth teams.
  • Track performance, usage metrics, and operational efficiency to inform continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of product management experience in Growth, MarTech, and Loyalty products in e-commerce, online travel agencies (OTAs), marketplace, or large-scale consumer apps.
  • Proven track record driving traffic growth, new user acquisition and retention, activation improvements, or funnel optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of growth ecosystems: paid channels ( metasearch, SEM, Affiliates, Display), SEO/AEO, promotions, targeting, segmentation, and experimentation.
  • Solid technical fluency—comfortable working with APIs, data schemas, event tracking, AI/ML, rules engines, attribution models, and integration-heavy systems.

Good To Have

  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven personalisation, recommendations, or bidding/optimisation systems.
  • Experience delivering products across multi-market environments (SEA, China, or global scale).
