Team Introduction

Our team is at the forefront of building and optimizing content safety systems. With a focus on optimising and advancing content safety, we leverage advanced large language and multimodal models to enhance review efficiency, risk control, and user trust. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Own the end-to-end product strategy, northstar metrics and roadmap for digital wellbeing, including screen time management features, well-being features, missions and other well-being tools.
  • Develop product requirement documents and drive execution of innovative new well-being features.
  • Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch, through collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Communicate decisions clearly, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery across multiple teams and timelines.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making & Risk Trade-off Management: Use qualitative research and quantitative metrics to assess teen and family user experience, safety outcomes, and regulatory risk. Evaluate trade-offs across growth, usability, privacy, and compliance, and drive well-reasoned decisions aligned with long-term platform trust.
  • Strong communication: Develop clear and crisp user and product narratives for well-being features. Keep senior executives updated on key results and risks.
