Job Description

Planning & Scheduling Lead Pharmaceutical Construction Project (Singapore)

On behalf of our client, a leading global Project & Cost Management consultancy, we are seeking an experienced Planning & Scheduling Lead to support a major pharmaceutical construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage integrated project schedules (IMS) across engineering, procurement, construction, CQV, and operational readiness.
  • Lead interactive planning sessions and resolve logic conflicts across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) using Monte Carlo simulations and define schedule contingency/reserve.
  • Align schedules with cost forecasts, procurement strategies, and execution plans.
  • Implement schedule control systems and validate third-party forecasts.
  • Provide monthly schedule performance data, dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and scenario planning.
  • Ensure schedule quality for gate reviews and corporate standards.
  • Support training, data capture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build automated dashboards and data pipelines from P6/SAP/Unifier.

Requirements:

  • Pharmaceutical construction project experience is essential
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 58 years experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience in resource/cost-loaded schedules, earned value metrics (SPI/CPI), and schedule QRA.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in CQV and operational readiness planning for biopharma.
