Planning & Scheduling Lead Pharmaceutical Construction Project (Singapore)
On behalf of our client, a leading global Project & Cost Management consultancy, we are seeking an experienced Planning & Scheduling Lead to support a major pharmaceutical construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage integrated project schedules (IMS) across engineering, procurement, construction, CQV, and operational readiness.
- Lead interactive planning sessions and resolve logic conflicts across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) using Monte Carlo simulations and define schedule contingency/reserve.
- Align schedules with cost forecasts, procurement strategies, and execution plans.
- Implement schedule control systems and validate third-party forecasts.
- Provide monthly schedule performance data, dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and scenario planning.
- Ensure schedule quality for gate reviews and corporate standards.
- Support training, data capture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build automated dashboards and data pipelines from P6/SAP/Unifier.
Requirements:
- Pharmaceutical construction project experience is essential
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 58 years experience
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Experience in resource/cost-loaded schedules, earned value metrics (SPI/CPI), and schedule QRA.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in CQV and operational readiness planning for biopharma.
