A leading global financial institution is seeking an experienced HR operations leader to drive the next phase of HR service delivery transformation across Asia Pacific.
Based in Singapore, this is a highly visible regional role operating at the intersection of people operations, HR business partnering, and transformation. The successful candidate will lead a regional team while driving scalable processes, technology adoption, and service excellence across a complex and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Leading a team, you will oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle delivery across the APAC region, ensuring operational excellence, governance, and a consistent employee experience.
Acting as a key execution partner to HR Business Partners, you will lead operational delivery across workforce administration, employee relations support, talent and performance processes, learning initiatives, reporting, and workforce analytics. You will also play a central part in driving regional transformation programmes and establishing service delivery standards.
Requirements
You are a HR leader with experience across People Operations, HR shared services, HR generalist, or HRBP enablement environments within a regional or global organisation. You bring a strong track record of leading teams while remaining hands-on in delivery, and have successfully driven transformation, process improvement, or technology-enabled change initiatives.
You possess strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes across APAC and are comfortable leveraging data, analytics, and KPIs to drive decision-making and service excellence. Exposure to Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HR technology platforms will be advantageous.
