International Health Analytics Product Lead

What the day will look like

  • Partner with health solution business and analytics leaders globally and in key markets to identify and prioritize high-value workforce client analytics initiatives
  • Influence a comprehensive strategic vision and 2-5 years roadmap for health analytics capabilities and solutions
  • Build and lead an analytics team to deliver on the roadmap and vision and achieve measurable business results
  • Manage the analytics solution portfolio, including assessing performance, discontinuing low-value offerings, and transitioning globally scalable solutions to Aon Business Services when appropriate
  • Partner with and enable client teams to effectively deliver and implement scalable analytics solutions
  • Drive revenue growth (direct and indirect) through analytics-focused client engagements and solution development
  • Stay current with emerging health analytics trends, technologies and methodologies

We are seeking an experienced lead for international health analytics to be based in Singapore. This strategic leadership role will develop our health analytics capabilities globally and collaborate with regional teams to prioritize, develop and implement innovative workforce solutions for our clients. They will be responsible to build and lead a high-performing analytics team while advancing our overall human capital analytics proposition in the market.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D. in actuarial science or data & analytics-related discipline
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance and broking processes, candidates with a health or employee benefits focus is preferred
  • Experience managing analytics products / initiatives and developing forward-thinking solutions to solve complex business needs
  • Building, developing and leading high performing teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytics concepts for colleagues and clients
  • Strategic thought process to transform the long-term vision into actionable plans
  • Strong consultative approach and commitment to client success
  • Work effectively across regions and teams. Global experience preferred
