Accountabilities:
  • Develop&maintainamarketperspective-trends,drivers,economics,painpoints

  • Createandcontinuallyimprovetheproduct-marketsegmentplan

  • Maintainandcontinuallyrefinetheend-customerengagement&outreachplan

  • Plan,executeandimprovecustomereventstodrivetraffictoprograms

  • Track,reportontargetachievementandprovideinsightsonopportunities

  • Developandcontinuouslyimproveasystemofworkthatachievestherolepurpose.

Requirements:

  • MinimumBachelor'sdegreewithatleast5-8yearsofB2BsalesexperienceinInstituteofHigherLearninglandscape(includinglearningacademyandCET)

  • Proventrackrecordwithatleast$1-$2miltargetinbothhuntingandfarmingsales.Consultativeandsolutionsaleswillbepreferred.

  • Comfortablewithprospectingandnetworkingwithseniordelegatesatindustryevents

  • Disciplineofstrategicaccountresearch,planningandexecutionofsolutiondelivery

  • Abilitytoconceptualizeandco-createindustrygo-to-marketandleadgenerationstrategies

  • Wellorganized,meticulous,abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsandatthesametimeachievingsalestargets

  • Highlycollaborativeandabletoworkwithsolutiondesigners,facilitatorsanddeliverypartnerstobreakdownproblemstatementsandcraftwin-winsolutionsforbothclientorganizationsandSIM.

  • AbilitytopresentandarticulateSIMSolutionproposalstoclientseniorleadershipteams
