Lead Network Architect (Low-Latency Trading)

A financial services trading platform company is hiring a Lead Network Architect to take ownership of designing and delivering a low-latency, highly resilient network architecture that supports real-time trading systems and performance-critical applications. This is a senior role responsible for network strategy, architecture governance, and hands-on delivery across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end network infrastructure build-out, driving improvements across latency, throughput, availability, and security, while partnering closely with Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams. Strong experience in Microsoft Azure networking is highly desirable, although any modern cloud networking background (AWS/GCP) will be valuable.

Key requirements include:

• Proven experience as a Network Architect / Lead Network Engineer in complex enterprise environments
• Deep knowledge of routing, switching, redundancy, and secure network design
• Experience working in financial services, ideally within trading or high-performance environments
• Strong cloud connectivity and architecture experience (Azure preferred)
