Job Summary

Provide expert legal advice and support on regulatory agreements, licensing, and compliance across markets. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts while managing legal risks and collaborating with stakeholders and external counsel.

Responsibilities

Advise business teams on regulatory agreements, licensing requirements, and compliance obligations to ensure adherence across multiple markets
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including vendor agreements, partnership arrangements, and service contracts to secure favorable terms
Interpret regulatory developments and implement practical compliance frameworks for business stakeholders
Coordinate with external counsel on jurisdiction-specific legal matters to manage cross-border risks effectively
Identify legal risks and develop balanced, business-aligned solutions to mitigate potential issues
Develop and maintain internal legal policies, contract templates, and knowledge resources to support consistent legal practices

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Degree in law (e.g., LLB, JD or equivalent)
3-6 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory legal work (in-house or private practice)
Strong drafting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills demonstrated through contract negotiation and legal advisory roles
Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Exposure to international regulatory requirements
