About The Role
Seeking an experienced
Lead Interior Designer to oversee design execution, client relationships, and project teams across
commercial (F&B, office, clinic) and
high-end residential projects. This role requires strong creative leadership, business awareness, and hands-on delivery capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development (concept technical delivery)
- Prepare high-quality presentations, mood boards, and design proposals
- Manage junior / associate designers and external vendors
- Handle project pricing, budgeting, and FF&E planning
- Communicate directly with clients and ensure project success
- Commercial projects: support business development activities
- Residential/custom build: manage client engagement and project coordination
- Ensure high design standards & project quality
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in interior design (commercial or luxury residential preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both concept & execution skills
- Experience leading design team or projects
- Proficient in design tools (AutoCAD / SketchUp / Adobe / equivalents)
- Strong communication and client-facing ability
- Able to operate in a fast-paced creative environment
