Lead HFT Engineer - Singapore/Hong Kong/Bengaluru

Our client is a technology-driven proprietary trading firm specializing in systematic alpha research and electronic market-making across global exchanges and asset classes.

We are looking for a Lead Engineer with strong hands-on C++ development experience to join the Core Engineering team and build high-performance, low-latency trading infrastructure.

Locations: Bengaluru | Singapore | Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of low-latency, high-throughput HFT systems
• Build and optimize exchange connectivity and trading infrastructure
• Develop real-time risk and trade management systems
• Design distributed backtesting and simulation platforms handling large datasets
• Solve complex engineering problems across performance, scalability and reliability
• Work closely with Traders, Quants and Researchers on production trading systems
• Drive projects end-to-end while remaining hands-on with C++

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in C++ development within HFT / low-latency environments
• Experience building and delivering HFT infrastructure / trading systems
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP and Linux/Unix
• Experience with multi-threading, concurrency and TCP/IP networking
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
