Job Overview

ARTDIS (the Company) is seeking an experienced Governance & Transformation Lead to drive initiatives to strengthen governance practices and lead organisational transformation aligned with the Governance Evaluation Checklist. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, improving internal policies, and supporting board effectiveness.

Key responsibilities (not exclusive) include:

. Coordinate the annual submission of the Governance Evaluation Checklist and work with the various business units to implement actions to address any compliance gaps.

. Review and enhance internal policies within different business units of the organisation - improving efficiency and reducing risk.

. Facilitate strategic planning processes and organisational reviews to support the Company's long-term growth and impact.

. Partner with key stakeholders to manage grant stewardship and budgets, performance management and analytics across the Company's rapidly expanding operations.

This position is critical in ensuring that the Company upholds high standards of accountability and readiness for sustainable expansion.

Job Description

Job Title: Lead - Governance & Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Governance Compliance

o Assist the Board and the Company in its periodic evaluation of governance and to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations

o Assist and support the completion of the Governance Evaluation Checklist (GEC) with the aim of continuous improving the Company's GEC performance.

2. Organisational Systems Strengthening

o Develop and document the Company's internal control framework

o Enhance and develop key corporate governance policies and standard operating procedures (SOP) for key functions

o Improve staff awareness and understanding of key policies and SOP

3. Grant Management & Fund Stewardship

Responsible to:

o Track expenses, budget utilization, ensure compliance and prepare reports for all grant budgets and funder requirements

o Generate grant reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission of impact and financial reports to funders.

o Work closely with program teams to track program deliverables, ensuring compliance with funder requirements.

o Collaborate with finance and program teams to monitor budget utilization and ensure funds are used as per grant agreements.

o Oversee audit queries and compliance matters related to grants.

4. Transform Governance Framework

Work with other stakeholders to jointly design and establish a Company-Wide Governance Readiness framework to enhance internal control, performance visibility and insight.


Requirements

. A highly competent professional who brings corporate depth and maturity and is motivated to apply your expertise toward social purpose and impact.

. A recognized degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.

. 6 - 8 years of post-graduation experience, gained from well-established companies with strong compliance and operational standards.

. A proactive and hands-on team member who thrives in challenging environments with good soft skills.

. Excellent analytical skills with experience in corporate governance and grants reporting.

. Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.

. While prior experience in the non-profit or social service sector is not required, a strong desire to apply corporate experience toward purpose-driven impact is essential.
