Lead Generation Business Development Manager

I'm Nils, founder of Adventum. We're a lead gen marketplace ping/post, calls, live transfers across home services, legal, insurance, and finance. Small team with real infrastructure and strong buyer relationships.

I'll keep this simple.

I need someone who's been at a lead gen company or affiliate network and was the person who actually built a vertical there

Took it from early traction to real volume. Knew every publisher by name.

Could look at a dashboard and know in 30 seconds which sources to scale and which to cut.

Maybe it was legal. Maybe home services or insurance.

I don't care which one.

I care that you did it, you were good at it, and you can do it again.

If you're feeling boxed in where you are right now too many layers, too many people in the room for every decision this is the opposite of that.

You'd own a full vertical end to end.

The publishers, the data, the client relationships, the margin. Your calls. Your results.

What you'd actually be doing day to day:

Finding and activating new publisher and affiliate traffic sources

Monitoring source-level performance (acceptance rates, returns, bid spreads)

Managing client relationships and optimizing what we sell to them

Making the kill/scale decisions on traffic sources based on real data

Building out your vertical like it's your own business inside ours

You're the right person if:

You've worked inside a lead gen company, affiliate network, or performance marketing operation

You understand ping/post, CPL economics, and what separates a good source from a bad one

You have relationships with publishers, networks, or media buyers you've built over years

You've read a disposition report and immediately known what needed to change

You've been thinking about doing your own thing but want infrastructure behind you
