Core Responsibilities
- Custom Enterprise Application Development: Design the architecture and lead the end-to-end development of core internal systems (including but not limited to HR management, financial/accounting systems, and smart KPI dashboards) from 0 to 1, fully digitalizing our enterprise operations.
- Full-Stack Hotel Ecosystem: Develop guest-facing applications (e.g., self-check-in, digital ordering) and management backends for our hotel properties. Seamlessly integrate complex 3rd-party APIs (mainstream Hotel PMS, global payment gateways, smart door locks, etc.).
- Private AI Model Deployment & Fine-Tuning: Deploy and fine-tune open-source models (LLMs/SLMs) locally using proprietary financial and operational data to build highly automated enterprise AI agents.
- AI-Empowered Architecture & Automated Drafting: Develop and deploy optimized vertical Agents to deeply parse Australian building codes (NCC/BCA), historical company CAD/BIM drawings, and internal drafting standards. By hooking into the underlying APIs of engineering software, build code-driven modeling and drafting tools to automate compliance checks and multiply drafter productivity by 10x.
Requirements
- Exceptional Software & System Architecture Skills (Core): Possess a global vision to independently design complex business architectures from scratch. Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and local edge computing (e.g., offline-first architectures for remote locations). Capable of designing robust technical foundations for high-concurrency scenarios, strong data consistency requirements (finance/billing), and local AI compute scheduling.
- Extreme Learning Agility & Open-Mindedness: Solid foundation in CS/Math from a top-tier university. Reject rigid programming mindsets. Highly sensitive to cutting-edge technologies. When facing unknown cross-disciplinary fields (like engineering software API dev) or complex business needs, you can rapidly find the optimal solution via self-study, reading English documentation, or leveraging AI.
- Solid Full-Stack Delivery Experience: Possess complete R&D and deployment experience for core systems. Proficient in modern frontend frameworks (React / Vue / Next.js) and at least one mainstream backend language (Python / Node.js / Go / Java). Able to translate high-level architecture blueprints into highly available code.
- AI-Native Developer (Mandatory): You must be a power user of AI programming tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot. Highly adept at Context Engineering and Vibe Coding to deliver requirements, focusing your personal bandwidth on system architecture and complex logic breakthroughs rather than boilerplate typing.
- API Stitching & Cross-Disciplinary Integration: Exceptional ability to integrate 3rd-party interfaces. Quick to digest and master obscure and complex English API documentation (including payment gateways, hardware interfaces, and secondary development interfaces for CAD/BIM engineering software).
- LLM Practical Experience: Familiar with Gemini / OpenAI / Claude APIs and mainstream agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain). Hands-on experience with local model deployment, private model fine-tuning, or enterprise-grade RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementation is highly preferred.
