Job Description:

Seller Onboarding & Training: Conduct comprehensive onboarding training sessions and standard operating procedure (SOP) walkthroughs for new sellers.
Mentorship & Support: Provide hands-on mentorship and support to ensure sellers are compliant with our inbound and replenishment processes.
Performance Management: Monitor seller performance and facilitate growth for the first three months of their journey with us.
Inventory & Product Management: Encourage sellers to nominate more SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) to increase their ADO (Average Daily Order) coverage and overall catalog depth.
Seller Retention: Actively work on seller churn prevention by proactively addressing issues and providing support.
Performance Reviews: Conduct bi-weekly performance reviews to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate successes.
Conflict Resolution: Act as a key point of contact for sellers, resolving escalations and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics or similar fields.
5 years of experience as Operations fields or above
Experienced in team management, KPI set up and initiative implementation
Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems
Great communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solver and detail-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong in both English and Thai
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus.
