Job Description

We are seeking an R&D-focused Lead Engineer to drive product development by bringing together mechanical, electronics and firmware components to form complete, functional products. The ideal candidate has product-level system engineering experience, strong technical ownership and the ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering teams from concept through to product launch.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end product development across mechanical, electronics and firmware disciplines.
Lead product-level system engineering, integration and troubleshooting across subsystems.
Translate product requirements into practical engineering solutions.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through design reviews, prototyping, testing and validation.
Identify technical risks and drive solutions to ensure product performance and reliability.

Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant R&D, system engineering or product development experience.
Experience developing complete products involving multiple engineering disciplines.
Good understanding of mechanical, electronics and firmware/embedded systems.
Strong technical ownership, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Industrial product development experience is an advantage.
