  • Work closely with Home Team Departments, public sector agencies, industry partners, academia and training providers to identify learning needs, gather stakeholder feedback and support AI capability-building initiatives.
  • Support the review, evaluation and continuous improvement of AI learning content and programmes through learner feedback, stakeholder engagements and monitoring of emerging AI developments, ensuring learning interventions remain relevant, effective and aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, digital learning practices and workforce development trends, and contribute recommendations to enhance AI learning programmes and learning methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Home Team Training and Learning community to support the development of AI competencies and ensure learning programmes remain aligned with evolving organisational and operational needs.
