Lead, End User Computing (EUC)

Our Client

Our client is a well established public sector organisation in Singapore undergoing continuous transformation of its digital workplace, with a strong emphasis on security, scale, and user experience. The organisation is looking to hire a senior Endpoint / EUC specialist to lead the strategy and engineering of their endpoint ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the endpoint management strategy and roadmap, aligned to security and user experience objectives
• Lead the design, build, and operations of endpoint platforms (e.g. Intune, SCCM, Jamf, Workspace ONE)
• Drive endpoint security and compliance, including patching, EDR, and device configuration standards
• Improve end-user experience through automation, standardisation, and self-service capabilities
• Partner closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver a reliable endpoint environment

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in endpoint engineering / End User Computing within large enterprise environments
• Hands-on expertise in endpoint management tools such as Intune, SCCM, Jamf, or Workspace ONE
• Strong understanding of Windows environments - exposure to macOS and mobile device management is a plus
• Experience with endpoint security practices (e.g. patching, EDR, device compliance)
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor with ownership of platform design and delivery
