Our client is a leading financial services organisation building out a Distribution Transformation Management Office. This is a senior leadership role sitting at the intersection of distribution, product, technology, and change — governing the enterprise-wide transformation portfolio and ensuring every initiative is insight-led, field-connected, and value-aligned.
You will translate strategy into executable roadmaps, integrate distributor feedback into prioritisation decisions, and drive accountability from field teams to executive forums.
What You Will Do
- Shape and govern a value-aligned transformation portfolio across the distribution function
- Build and maintain a unified roadmap integrating distributor insights, field feedback, and product owner inputs
- Capture and synthesise VOC data — NPS, CSAT, sentiment, usage analytics — to drive prioritisation
- Define KPIs, validate business cases, and track value realisation across all initiatives
- Establish governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and steering forums that enable disciplined execution
- Act as the internal transformation champion, aligned with the Corporate Transformation Office
What You Bring
- 8+ years in transformation, portfolio governance, or distribution strategy
- Strong knowledge of insurance distribution models — agency, bancassurance, or equivalent
- Proven experience setting up governance mechanisms, not just operating within them
- Comfort with data-driven frameworks, business case development, and performance measurement
- Excellent stakeholder management across field, technical, and executive audiences
