A Global Firm is seeking a Lead DevSecOps to join its digital technology team.
Role
As Lead DevSecOps, you will lead the strategic direction and implementation of secure development practices across the engineering organization. You will be responsible for embedding security throughout the software lifecycle, enabling teams to innovate safely and efficiently. This role involves hands-on architecture, threat modeling, and the development of scalable security platforms. You will also serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, drive cross-functional initiatives, and represent the company in external forums to promote secure engineering practices.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or cybersecurity, with a focus on large-scale security initiatives
- Proven track record in senior engineering or architecture roles, influencing technical and cultural change
- Strong expertise in cloud-native systems, secure CI/CD pipelines, and programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and security tools and frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with certifications like CISSP or cloud-specific security credentials considered a plus
