Lead Designer Interior Design

Salary range: $4000-$6000

Job Scope

Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion

Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts and detailed drawings

Prepare 3Ds Max / 3D visualisation, AutoCAD drawings and presentation materials

Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams

Review design drawings and ensure design quality and project requirements are met

Guide and supervise junior designers

Conduct site visits and follow up on project progress when required

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field

Minimum 3–5 Years Of Interior Design Experience

Strong skills in 3Ds Max and AutoCAD

Able to handle projects independently from concept to completion

Good design sense and attention to detail

Experience in residential / commercial projects is an advantage

Good communication and client-handling skills
